Commanders' Zach Ertz: Six catches, TD in loss
Ertz brought in six of eight targets for 38 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 34-26 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
Ertz finished the game tied with Noah Brown for the team lead in receptions while checking in second to his teammate in targets. The veteran tight end also found the end zone for the second straight game on a four-yard touchdown grab with just over three minutes remaining. Ertz has been a steady contributor throughout his first season in Washington, and he has at least seven targets in four of the last five games, including three straight, heading into a Week 13 home matchup against the Titans.

Commanders' Jeremy McNichols: Sees action after Robinson exit
McNichols rushed three times for 22 yards in the Commanders' 34-26 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
McNichols rotated in for a handful of touches after Brian Robinson exited the game due to an ankle injury on two occasions, the second time for good shortly after halftime. McNichols' carry total was still modest due to Austin Ekeler and Jayden Daniels totaling 16 rush attempts between them in addition to Robinson's five, but with Ekeler also suffering a concussion late in Sunday's loss, it's conceivable it could fall to McNichols and Chris Rodriguez to helm Washington's ground attack for a Week 13 home matchup against the Titans.

Commanders' Noah Brown: Team-high target total in loss
Brown brought in six of 10 targets for 71 yards in the Commanders' 34-26 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
Facing his original NFL squad, Brown finished as the Commanders' pace-setter in targets while co-leading the team in receptions as well. Brown's catch total was also a season high, making it quite the bounce-back effort after Brown had recorded only one catch for four yards in a Week 11 loss to the Eagles. Brown has at least six targets in four of his last five contests, giving him a solid floor heading into a Week 13 home matchup against the Titans.

Commanders' Terry McLaurin: Eclipses 100-yard mark late
McLaurin brought in five of six targets for 102 yards and a touchdown in the Commanders' 34-26 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
McLaurin finished with a team-high yardage total thanks to a miracle 86-yard touchdown reception with 21 seconds remaining on a play where the Cowboys were playing a heavy prevent defense. Prior to that unlikely catch, however, McLaurin had netted just 16 yards on four receptions and appeared headed to his third sub-20-yard receiving tally over the last four games. Despite the significant volatility in his production, McLaurin remains an every-week fantasy starter thanks to his upside as the Commanders prepare to tangle with the Titans in a Week 13 home battle.

Commanders' Jayden Daniels: Nearly 350 total yards in loss
Daniels completed 25 of 38 passes for 275 yards with two touchdowns and two interceptions while adding seven rushes for 74 yards and another score in the Commanders' 34-26 loss to the Cowboys on Sunday.
For the second time this season, Daniels' passing yardage total received a serious boost from a chunk play in a game's final seconds, as the rookie connected with Terry McLaurin for an 86-yard touchdown pass with 21 seconds remaining that closed Washington's deficit to one point at the time. Prior to that throw, Daniels had struggled against an aggressive Cowboys defense that was able to sack him on four occasions and pick him off in Dallas territory in the first half. Daniels' rushing yardage total was his highest since Week 5, while his tally through the air was his best since he threw for 326 yards against the Bears with the help of a game-winning Hail Mary in Week 8. Daniels projects to have another tough challenge on his hands when the Commanders host the Titans in a Week 13 home matchup.

Commanders' Austin Ekeler: Sustains concussion Sunday
Ekeler sustained a concussion during Sunday's 34-26 loss to the Cowboys, Nicki Jhabvala of The Washington Post reports.
Per Jhabvala, head coach Dan Quinn added that Ekeler -- who was injured on a kickoff return late in the contest -- will undergo further testing out of an abundance of caution. In addition to Ekeler sustaining a concussion Sunday, fellow running back Brian Robinson left the game with an ankle injury in the first half, returned and then left again. The status of both backs will thus be worth monitoring as next weekend's home tilt versus the Titans approaches.

Commanders' Andrew Wylie: Diagnosed with concussion
Wylie has been diagnosed with a concussion and has been ruled out for the rest of Sunday's game against Dallas.
Wylie will be sidelined for the rest of Sunday's game, and he'll have to clear the league's five-step concussion protocols in order to play in Week 13 against the Titans on Sunday, Dec. 1. Trent Scott will fill in at right tackle.

Commanders' Brian Robinson: Exits again Sunday
Robinson exited Sunday's game against the Cowboys a second time due to an ankle injury.
Robinson went to the locker room after his first carry of the game due to an ankle issue but was able to get back on the field. Shortly after halftime, though, the Commanders again deemed him questionable to return. If he's unable to do so, Robinson will finish Week 12 with five carries for 13 yards and one catch (on two targets) for 11 yards. Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols will man Washington's backfield for as long as Robinson is sidelined.

Commanders' Brian Robinson: Returns to Sunday's game
Robinson (ankle) has been cleared to return to Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
Robinson had exited the contest with an ankle injury, but he's back in the mix after gaining clearance to resume action. Robinson thus rejoins a Commanders' Week 12 backfield that also includes Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols.

Commanders' Brian Robinson: Hurts ankle Sunday
Robinson injured his ankle during Sunday's game against the Cowboys.
Robinson endured an awkward tackle while fighting for yardage in the first quarter and stayed on the turf for a spell before making his way to the sideline and eventually the locker room. At the time of his exit, he had one carry for minus-2 yards. Austin Ekeler and Jeremy McNichols are the other running backs on the Commanders' game-day roster Sunday.

Commanders' Jeff Driskel: Emergency QB for Week 12
Driskel (coach's decision) is inactive for Sunday's game against Dallas but will serve as Washington's emergency third quarterback.
Driskel won't count against Washington's game-day roster limit but will be eligible to play if Jayden Daniels and Marcus Mariota suffer injuries Sunday. Driskel has appeared in only one game this season, playing one snap during the Commanders' 21-18 win over the Giants in Week 2.
