Stars' Ilya Lyubushkin: Contributes assist in win
Lyubushkin notched an assist, two hits, three blocked shots, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Lightning.
Lyubushkin had a shot attempt that pinged in off Evgenii Dadonov. The helper was Lyubushkin's sixth over 10 contests in November, which is one of the best stretches of his career. That's all the offense the 30-year-old blueliner has this year, and he's added 21 hits, 37 blocked shots and a plus-7 rating over 19 appearances. His career high in points is 14 from the 2021-22 campaign, which he split between the Coyotes and the Maple Leafs, but it's too soon to tell if he'll come close to that mark this year.

Stars' Sam Steel: Plucks apple in win
Steel notched an assist in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Lightning.
Steel hasn't scored in seven games, but he has three helpers in that span. The 26-year-old center continues to fill a fourth-line role, though he often sees ice time in line with a middle-six assignment, which is likely a product of Mavrik Bourque having his minutes managed. Steel is up to two goals, six helpers, 22 shots on net and 18 hits through 18 outings overall.

Stars' Tyler Seguin: Posts helper in win
Seguin logged an assist, two shots on goal and a plus-2 rating in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Lightning.
Seguin saw a four-game point streak end Wednesday versus the Sharks before he bounced back Saturday. The 32-year-old set up Matt Duchene's go-ahead goal in the third period, which stood as the game-winner. Seguin continues to impress from the second line with seven goals, nine helpers, 35 shots on net and a plus-12 rating over 15 appearances. He should be good to play in four of the next five games, but a back-to-back Dec. 1 versus the Jets and Dec. 2 against Utah will likely lead to Seguin sitting out a game for injury management purposes as he navigates a lingering lower-body issue.

Stars' Evgenii Dadonov: Right place, right time for goal
Dadonov scored a goal in Saturday's 4-2 win over the Lightning.
An Ilya Lyubushkin shot deflected in off Dadonov, giving the winger his second goal in as many games. Dadonov has filled a floater role in the Stars' lineup, racking up four goals and a plus-5 rating over his last five contests. For the season, Dadonov is at six goals, three assists, 33 shots on net, 10 hits, 11 blocked shots and a plus-9 rating over 19 appearances. With the Stars fully healthy up front, he's on the fourth line, so he won't be a goldmine for fantasy.

Stars' Roope Hintz: On pace for another 30-goal year
Hintz scored a power-play goal Saturday in a 4-2 win over Tampa Bay.
It was a beauty goal. Hintz skated through the neutral zone with speed, blew past Erik Cernak, and wired the puck blocker side past Andrei Vasilevskiy on a breakaway. Hintz has three points, including two goals, in his last two games. He may have only 13 points in 19 games this season, but his eight goals put him on pace for his fourth consecutive 30-goal campaign.

Stars' Matt Duchene: Sniping ways continue
Duchene scored a goal and added an assist in a 4-2 win over the Lightning on Saturday.
Duchene took a return pass from Tyler Seguin on a rush and roofed the puck over Andrei Vasilevskiy from below the right circle. The goal stood as the game-winner. The crash is coming -- Duchene has just 33 shots, but he's scored 11 times (33.3 percent). His career average is 13.5 percent over 1,075 games. And he has 22 points in 19 games. You may want to test the trade waters for Duchene now.

Stars' Miro Heiskanen: Gets goal, but game still quiet
Heiskanen scored a goal Saturday in a 4-2 win over Tampa Bay.
Heiskanen beat Andrei Vasilevskiy glove side with a wrist shot from the left circle after taking a cross-ice pass from Matt Duchene. He had two shots and three blocks. Heiskanen has been a fantasy anchor this season -- the goal is his seventh point (three goals, four assists) in 19 games. Last season, he had 54 points, with 73 the year before. Things should tick up for Heiskanen, but his managers may need to bench him for a bit until he finds his offense again.

Stars' Jake Oettinger: Fifth straight win
Oettinger made 27 saves in a 4-2 win over the Lightning on Saturday.
Both goals that got past him were second-chance rebounds that his defensemen were beaten to by Anthony Cirelli. The win was Oettinger's fifth consecutive victory, and he's now 11-3-0 this season. Those 11 wins are second only to Winnipeg's Connor Hellebuyck as tops in the NHL. Oettinger carries a heavy workload in Dallas, but Casey DeSmith is an above-average backup who wins. Watch for the Stars to consider some load management for Oettinger later in the season, so he's ready for the postseason. But not right now -- he's as hot as they come.

Stars' Jake Oettinger: Starting in Tampa Bay
Oettinger will guard the road net Saturday against the Lightning, per Sam Nestler of DLLS Stars.
Oettinger has won four straight outings while stopping 86 of 92 shots. He has a 10-3-0 record with one shutout, a 2.25 GAA and a .917 save percentage through 13 appearances this season. Tampa Bay sits fifth in the league with 3.67 goals per game in 2024-25.

Stars' Nils Lundkvist : Unavailable Saturday
Lundkvist (lower body) will not play in Tampa Bay on Saturday, according to Sam Nestler of DLLS Stars.
Lundkvist returned to action Wednesday after missing two games, but he logged only 6:38 of ice time before leaving the game. The 24-year-old has one assist in 15 games this season.

Stars' Nils Lundkvist : Traveling with team
Lundkvist (lower body) will be with the Stars for their three-game road trip and is considered day-to-day, Sam Nestler of DLLS Stars reports Friday.
Lundkvist was back in the lineup against the Sharks on Wednesday after having spent two games in the press box as a healthy scratch, only to suffer a lower-body injury after logging just 6:38 of ice time. As such, even if the blueliner is given the all-clear ahead of Saturday's matchup with the Lightning, he could still be scratched in favor of Brendan Smith.

Stars' Oskar Back: Posts assist in win
Back logged an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Back has three points over his last four games. The 24-year-old has received a steady run of playing time in a stretch where Colin Blackwell and Mavrik Bourque have been healthy scratches. Back is likely to peak at the fourth line. He has four points, 10 shots on net, nine hits and a plus-1 rating through 13 appearances this season.

Stars' Matt Dumba: First point since return
Dumba logged an assist, two shots on goal, two hits, two PIM and a plus-2 rating in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Dumba has been back for nearly a month since he missed four games with a lower-body injury, and this was his first point over 10 outings in that span. He didn't get on the scoresheet in either of his first two appearances, and the lack of offense saw him spend two games as a healthy scratch last week. Dumba has added 20 hits, 17 PIM, 12 blocked shots, 12 shots on net and a plus-1 rating over 12 contests this season, playing mainly in a bottom-four role. He could have some safety for playing time if Nils Lundkvist (lower body) misses time after exiting early Wednesday.

Stars' Jamie Benn: Nets game-winner
Benn scored a goal on four shots in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Benn put an end to a seven-game goal drought, a span in which he had four assists, 28 PIM, 15 shots on net and 12 hits. The 35-year-old forward is still offering steady depth offense and a bit of grit from a third-line role this season. He's up to 10 points, 38 PIM, 29 hits, 32 shots on net and a minus-1 rating over 18 appearances.

Stars' Jason Robertson: Three points vs. San Jose
Robertson had a goal and two assists in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Robertson was Dallas' best player by a wide margin in this solid win Wednesday. The star winger ended a nine-game slump when he gave the Stars a 1-0 lead at 15:33 of the first period, scoring off a spin move at the top of the left face-off circle, and then he'd add helpers in the goals scored by Wyatt Johnston and Roope Hintz. This was Robertson's second multi-point outing of the season, and he needs to start producing at a better rate to live up to his ADP in most formats.

Stars' Wyatt Johnston: Scores, assists in win over Sharks
Johnston had a goal and an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Johnston enjoyed an excellent start to the season and cracked the scoresheet in his first five appearances, but he's cooled off since then. This was his first multi-point outing of the campaign, and excluding that five-game stretch at the beginning of the season, he only has four points (two goals, two assists) in 13 contests. Given that Johnston had 65 points in 82 regular-season outings in 2023-24, this is not the kind of start neither he nor fantasy managers were hoping for.

Stars' Roope Hintz: Scores in win over San Jose
Hintz scored an empty-net goal and added an assist in Wednesday's 5-2 win over the Sharks.
Hintz, who scored one of the Stars' two empty-netters in this game, has scored seven goals and tallied 12 points in his 18 appearances this season. However, he hasn't been very consistent on a game-to-game basis. Even though his role in the lineup will give the 28-year-old plenty of opportunities to produce, his current haul has been subpar compared to the numbers he's posted in recent years.
