Blues' Pavel Buchnevich: Offers power-play assist
Buchnevich notched a power-play assist in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Islanders.
The helper was Buchnevich's second over the last five games. He's been decent in November with two goals and five assists through 11 appearances, but the fact that he's in a top-line role while carrying an $8 million cap hit suggests that he should be capable of more. For the season, the 29-year-old has five goals, eight assists, four power-play points, 39 shots on net and a minus-6 rating over 22 appearances.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Slides power-play helper
Thomas provided a power-play assist and two PIM in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Islanders.
Thomas has returned to his playmaking roots, earning an assist in each of his first three games since returning from a broken ankle. The 25-year-old is up to one goal, eight assists (three on the power play), 19 shots on net, 11 blocked shots and a minus-5 rating through 10 appearances this season. He's been able to replicate his improved shooting volume from 2023-24, so the goals should eventually follow, even though he's lit the lamp once so far this campaign.

Blues' Jake Neighbours: Scores on power play in loss
Neighbours scored a power-play goal on five shots, added six hits and went minus-2 in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Islanders.
Neighbours has three goals, nine shots and 12 hits over his last four contests. The 22-year-old winger has scored two of those tallies on the power play. He's up to seven goals, 10 points, 41 shots, 54 hits, 16 PIM and a minus-12 rating through 22 appearances. That's a similar scoring pace to last year, and Neighbours continues to see top-six usage, so he'll carry decent fantasy value in formats that reward his gritty play.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Decent effort in loss
Binnington stopped 28 of 30 shots in Saturday's 3-1 loss to the Islanders. The third goal was an empty-netter.
Binnington has alternated wins and losses over his last four outings, but he's given up just nine goals in that span. The Islanders' second line controlled the scoring Saturday, with Kyle Palmieri and Brock Nelson responsible for the goals on Binnington's ledger. The 31-year-old goalie is now 6-9-1 through 17 appearances, adding a 3.04 GAA and an .891 save percentage. Those ratios aren't great, but his playing time can't be ignored in fantasy -- at least as long as he continues to see the vast majority of the starts over Joel Hofer.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting vs. Islanders
Binnington will start Saturday's road matchup with the Islanders, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports.
Binnington will be back between the pipes following a 3-2 shootout victory over San Jose on Thursday. The 31-year-old Binnington is 6-8-1 this year with an .888 save percentage and a 3.10 GAA.

Blues' Pierre-Olivier Joseph: Grabs helper in return
Joseph logged an assist and a plus-2 rating in Thursday's 3-2 shootout win over the Sharks.
Joseph missed three games due to a lower-body injury, and he had gone 10 contests without a point prior to the injury. The 25-year-old returned to a third-pairing role. He'll have to compete with Corey Schueneman and Matt Kessel for two spots in the lineup until one of Nick Leddy or Philip Broberg is able to return from their respective lower-body injuries. Joseph has two helpers, 14 shots on net, 11 blocked shots, 23 PIM and a minus-7 rating over 14 appearances.

Blues' Radek Faksa: Gathers helper in shootout win
Faksa logged an assist, two shots on goal and two PIM in Thursday's 3-2 shootout win over the Sharks.
Faksa has three points over his last four games while filling a bottom-six role. That's unusually strong production for the 30-year-old defensive center, so it shouldn't be expected to continue on a regular basis moving forward. He's at five points, 20 shots on net, 36 hits, 11 blocked shots, 10 PIM and a minus-7 rating through 21 outings this season, and he's found the most success alongside Alexei Toropchenko and Nathan Walker.

Blues' Robert Thomas: Picks up assist in win
Thomas posted an assist in Thursday's 3-2 shootout win over San Jose.
Thomas registered a helper on Jordan Kyrou's sixth goal of the season in the middle frame. Thomas has registered an assist in each of his last two appearances after missing 12 games due to a fractured ankle, and he's riding a three-game point streak (four assists) dating back prior to his injury. The 25-year-old has produced one goal and seven assists over nine outings this season.

Blues' Nathan Walker: Chips in goal Thursday
Walker scored a goal on his only shot in 10:49 of ice time Thursday in a 3-2 shootout win over San Jose.
Walker opened the scoring Thursday after Yaroslav Askarov mishandled the puck just 11 seconds into the contest. Walker's offensive upside is limited when factoring in his fourth-line line role, but he's capable of chipping in from time to time. Furthermore, the left-shot forward hasn't come out of the lineup since being a healthy scratch in four consecutive games between Oct. 22-29. Walker has recorded three goals, two assists and a minus-1 rating through 16 outings.

Blues' Jordan Kyrou: Pots goal in win
Kyrou scored his sixth goal of the season Thursday in a 3-2 shootout win over San Jose.
Kyrou deflected a shot past Yaroslav Askarov in the middle frame to put the Blues up 2-1. Kyrou added three shots, one hit and a plus-1 rating in 20:55 of ice time. The right-shot winger extended his point streak to three games, and through 10 appearances in November, Kyrou has only been held off the scoresheet once. The Ontario native is carrying the load on offense for the Blues through 21 games -- he's up to six goals, 12 assists and a plus-3 rating.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Earns victory Thursday
Binnington turned aside 22 of 24 shots in Thursday's 3-2 shootout win over the Sharks.
Binnington allowed two goals, one on the power play, to Alexander Wennberg in the win. The Blues were mere seconds away from a 2-1 victory, but San Jose was able to tie the game at 19:51 of the third period. The 31-year-old Binnington moved into a tie for St. Louis' all-time record in wins (151) with Mike Liut. Binnington is sporting a 6-8-1 record, .888 save percentage and 3.10 GAA through 16 appearances.

Blues' Pierre-Olivier Joseph: Playing Thursday
Joseph (lower body) will be in the lineup versus the Sharks on Thursday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Joseph was originally expected to miss Thursday's contest but seems to be ahead of schedule. With the 25-year-old blueliner back in the lineup, he figures to move into a third-pairing role alongside Corey Schueneman, while Matt Kessel will be relegated to the press box as a healthy scratch. Considering Joseph has zero goals in 13 games this season while tallying just one assist, fantasy players probably shouldn't be banking on him for offensive output.

Blues' Jordan Binnington: Starting against San Jose
Binnington will defend the home crease versus San Jose on Thursday, Lou Korac of NHL.com reports.
Binnington is off to a rocky start, as he is 5-8-1 with a 3.19 GAA and an .887 save percentage over 15 appearances this season. He could have a favorable matchup against the Sharks, who are averaging only 2.48 goals per game.

Blues' Pierre-Olivier Joseph: Nearing return
Joseph (lower body) isn't expected to play Thursday, but he's close to returning, per Lou Korac of NHL.com on Wednesday.
Joseph has missed St. Louis' past three games. He has an assist and 23 PIM in 13 appearances in 2024-25. Joseph might serve on St. Louis' third pairing once he's healthy.

Blues' Philip Broberg: Ahead of schedule
Broberg (lower body) is skating and believed to be ahead of schedule in his recovery, Matthew DeFranks of the St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports Wednesday.
Broberg, who hasn't played since Nov. 2, was originally projected to miss 4-6 weeks. It's not clear how much his timetable has changed, but perhaps he'll be in the lineup before the end of November. He has two goals and nine points in 12 outings in 2024-25. The Blues will certainly be grateful for the good news on the injury front given the challenges they've endured on the blue line. Nick Leddy (lower body) and Pierre-Olivier Joseph (lower body) are also on the shelf, and Torey Krug (ankle) isn't expected to play at all this season.
