Lakers' Rui Hachimura: Posts 10 points in return
Hachimura (ankle) scored 10 points (4-7 FG, 2-4 3Pt) and added three assists, two rebounds and one steal across 22 minutes in Saturday's 127-102 loss to the Nuggets.
In his return from a five-game absence due to a left ankle sprain, Hachimura took back his spot in the starting five, with rookie Dalton Knecht moving to the bench as a result. Though Knecht (28 minutes) still outpaced him in playing time, the blowout nature of the game may have played a factor in Hachimura's lower minutes total. Prior to Saturday, Hachimura had been averaging 33.9 minutes per game over his 10 appearances on the season, so expect his playing time to pick up a bit as he becomes further removed from the ankle sprain.

Lakers' Anthony Davis: Struggles with shot Saturday
Davis finished with 14 points (6-19 FG, 0-2 3Pt, 2-3 FT), 10 rebounds, three assists, two blocks and three steals in 35 minutes during Saturday's 127-102 loss to Denver.
Davis had a rough shooting performance Saturday and needed 19 shots to score 14 points. He was active on the glass and as a defender, but there's no question the Lakers need more from him on offense, especially in games against other contending teams in the Western Conference. This 14-point outing marked a season-low output for Davis, but considering this was the first time he didn't reach the 20-point mark, fantasy managers shouldn't be worried about the star big man having an off game from time to time.

Lakers' LeBron James: Limited to 18 points in loss
James finished Saturday's 127-102 loss to the Nuggets with 18 points (7-17 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 3-3 FT), six rebounds, seven assists and three steals across 35 minutes.
This was one of James' worst performances of the season from a scoring perspective, but the soon-to-be 40-year-old forward salvaged his fantasy stat line by notching solid numbers in other categories, such as rebounds, assists and steals. James has failed to reach the 20-point mark in just three of his 11 outings in November, and he continues to defy Father Time every time he steps on the court. James is averaging 24.7 points, 10.3 assists and 8.7 rebounds per contest since the beginning of November.

Lakers' Austin Reaves: Scores 19 points Saturday
Reaves amassed 19 points (7-13 FG, 3-7 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, six assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Saturday's 127-102 loss to the Nuggets.
Reaves was the leading scorer for the Lakers in this 25-point loss, and he delivered a strong bounce-back performance after notching just nine points in the loss to the Magic on Friday. Reaves is firmly entrenched as the Lakers' third scoring weapon behind Anthony Davis and LeBron James, but his numbers have been trending in the wrong direction of late. He's gone six straight games without reaching the 20-point mark, averaging 15.3 points per contest and shooting just 36.2 percent from three-point range in that span.

Lakers' Rui Hachimura: Back in starting lineup
Hachimura is in the Lakers' starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.
After missing the Lakers' last four games due to a left ankle sprain, Hachimura will return Saturday and supplant rookie Dalton Knecht from the starting lineup. Prior to the injury, Hachimura averaged 12.7 points, 6.1 rebounds and 1.6 assists over 33.9 minutes per game.

Lakers' Anthony Davis: Good to go vs. Nuggets
Davis (foot) is in the starting lineup for Saturday's game against Denver, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.
Davis was listed as probable for Saturday's contest due to left plantar fasciitis, but he will continue to play through the injury. Since and including Nov. 1, Davis has averaged 31.7 points, 10.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.0 steals over 34.8 minutes per game.

Lakers' Dalton Knecht: Retreats to bench Saturday
Knecht is not in the Lakers' starting lineup for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Khobi Price of The Orange County Register reports.
After starting in the Lakers' last four games, Knecht will revert to a reserve role Saturday due to Rui Hachimura (ankle) returning from a four-game absence. Knecht averaged 23.8 points and 4.8 rebounds over his last four starts, and while he is no longer starting, head coach JJ Reddick relayed Saturday that the rookie forward will see extended playing time off the bench, per Jovan Buha of The Athletic.

Lakers' Jalen Hood-Schifino: Unlikely to play Saturday
Hood-Schifino (hamstring) is doubtful for Saturday's game versus the Nuggets, Jovan Buha of The Athletic reports.
Hood-Schifino is expected to miss his seventh straight contest Saturday despite not showing up on the injury report all day. However, the second-year guard's likely absence won't impact the Lakers' rotation, as he has logged just one total minute this season.

Lakers' Quincy Olivari: Dealing with ankle injury
Olivari has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Nuggets due to a right ankle sprain, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.

Lakers' Jalen Hood-Schifino: Not on injury report anymore
Hood-Schifino (hamstring) is not on the injury report ahead of Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Hood-Schifino is expected to make his return Saturday, but his presence won't move the needle too much from a fantasy perspective. He's made just one appearance off the bench in 2024-25 and seems to be out of head coach JJ Redick's rotation for the time being.

Lakers' Bronny James: Won't play vs. Denver
James (heel) is out for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
James is dealing with a bruised left heel and will be sidelined for the Lakers' third straight contest. Even when healthy, James hasn't been part of Los Angeles' rotation.

Lakers' Anthony Davis: Probable for Saturday
Davis is probable for Saturday's game against the Nuggets due to left plantar fasciitis, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
It's become a trend to see Davis listed as probable only to be cleared and handle his regular workload on a regular basis. The star big man is enjoying an excellent start to the season. Over 14 games, he's averaged 31.3 points, 11.2 rebounds, 2.8 assists, 1.9 blocks and 1.2 steals.

Lakers' Jaxson Hayes: Won't play Saturday
Hayes (ankle) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Dave McMenamin of ESPN.com reports.
Hayes suffered a left ankle sprain during practice last week, so it comes as no surprise that he won't suit up Saturday. His next chance to be available for the Lakers will be against the Suns on Tuesday.

Lakers' Rui Hachimura: Returning Saturday
Hachimura (ankle) is available for Saturday's game against the Nuggets, Mark Medina of NBA.com reports.
Hachimura has missed the Lakers' last four games due to a sprained right ankle, but he will suit up Saturday. It's unclear whether Hachimura will come off the bench or supplant Cam Reddish or rookie Dalton Knecht in the Lakers' starting lineup.

Lakers' D'Angelo Russell: Shooting woes continue Thursday
Russell provided seven points (3-10 FG, 1-7 3Pt), six assists, one rebound, one block and one steal over 23 minutes during Thursday's 119-118 loss to the Magic.
Russell tied his second-lowest scoring mark of the season, though he posted five or more assists for the 11th time through 15 regular-season appearances. The 28-year-old point guard has seen a decrease in playing time since shifting to the bench, due in part to the emergence of Dalton Knecht. In his last five outings, Russell has averaged 8.6 points, 5.0 assists, 2.4 rebounds and 1.2 steals while shooting 34.9 percent from the field across 24.0 minutes per game.

Lakers' Austin Reaves: Shooting woes in loss Thursday
Reaves accumulated nine points (3-12 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-5 FT), three assists, two rebounds and one steal in 33 minutes during Thursday's 119-118 loss to the Magic.
Reaves posted his second-lowest scoring mark of the season while failing to hit double-digit points for the first time since Oct. 30 against the Cavaliers. The 26-year-old guard has struggled with efficiency over his last five outings, during which he has averaged 14.6 points and 5.4 assists while shooting only 34.3 percent from the field across 35.0 minutes per game.

Lakers' Maxwell Lewis: Returns to parent club
The Lakers recalled Lewis from the G League's South Bay Lakers on Thursday.
Lewis has yet to score across his two NBA appearances this season. The 22-year-old forward likely won't be part of the Lakers' rotation in the team's next game Saturday versus the Nuggets.
