Bulls' Nikola Vucevic: Comes close to double-double
Vucevic totaled 26 points (9-14 FG, 2-4 3Pt, 6-6 FT), eight rebounds, three assists and one steal over 28 minutes during Saturday's 142-131 loss to the Grizzlies.
Vucevic had another strong showing despite the game's final outcome. The veteran big man finished just two rebounds away from recording what would've been his eighth double-double this month alone. Vucevic has scored at least 20 points in 10 of his 18 appearances this season.

Bulls' Zach LaVine: Scores 29 points Saturday
LaVine racked up 29 points (10-19 FG, 3-6 3Pt, 6-6 FT), three rebounds and two steals in 34 minutes during Saturday's 142-131 loss to the Grizzlies.
LaVine had an efficient shooting performance, but given how good the veteran has looked this season in that department, that shouldn't surprise many fantasy managers. LaVine has scored at least 25 points in four games in a row, representing his longest streak of the season reaching that tally.

Bulls' Matas Buzelis: Delivers career-high mark in loss
Buzelis recorded 14 points (6-13 FG, 2-5 3Pt, 0-1 FT), three rebounds, one assist and one block in 29 minutes during Saturday's 142-131 loss to the Grizzlies.
Buzelis scored in double digits for just the second time this season, and this was the rookie's best scoring mark of the campaign. As good as he looked Saturday, Buzelis' playing time has been inconsistent, and he's played more than 15 minutes just five times all season long. That's enough reason to avoid rostering Buzelis in most formats, as he doesn't see enough time to be a valuable fantasy contributor in most formats.

Bulls' Jalen Smith: Available for Saturday
Smith (ankle) is available for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.
Smith was deemed questionable for this matchup earlier Saturday, but he'll suit up and will be available off the bench. Smith is averaging 14.6 minutes off the bench per game in November, so his availability isn't expected to affect many fantasy lineups.

Bulls' Julian Phillips: Won't play Saturday
Phillips (illness) has been ruled out for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies, Cody Westerlund of 670TheScore.com reports.
Phillips will miss his first game of the 2024-25 regular season due to an illness, and his next chance to suit up will be Tuesday against the Wizards. Torrey Craig and Matas Buzelis are candidates to see increased playing time Saturday with Phillips sidelined.

Bulls' Julian Phillips: Iffy against Memphis
Phillips is listed as questionable for Saturday's game versus the Grizzlies due to an upper respiratory illness.
Phillips is in danger of missing his first contest of the season Saturday due to an illness. If the 21-year-old forward is unable to suit up, Torrey Craig and Matas Buzelis are candidates to receive increased playing time.

Bulls' Adama Sanogo: Won't go Saturday
Sanogo (knee) won't play in Saturday's game against the Grizzlies.
Sanogo suffered a right knee injury Tuesday during a G League game and hasn't suited up for the Bulls since. While Sanogo hasn't appeared in an NBA game since Nov. 11, he could have been a rotation piece Saturday as Jalen Smith (ankle) is labeled as questionable. Sanogo's next chance to play will come Tuesday at Washington, the first leg of a back-to-back set.

Bulls' Jalen Smith: Deemed questionable
Smith is listed as questionable for Saturday's game against the Grizzlies due to a sprained left ankle.
Smith played 15 minutes in Friday's victory over Atlanta, but it appears he picked up an injury during the contest. If he can't play, E.J. Liddell and Torrey Craig could see more action.

Bulls' Matas Buzelis: Meaningful role Friday
Buzelis provided nine points (3-8 FG, 1-4 3Pt, 2-2 FT), four rebounds, two blocks and one steal across 20 minutes during Friday's 136-122 win over the Hawks.
Buzelis played at least 20 minutes for the first time in more than two weeks, a welcome sign for Bulls fans. With Patrick Williams sidelined due to a foot injury, head coach Billy Donovan went on record stating that he expects Buzelis to play more for the time being. We have yet to see a lot from the rookie, but the next stretch of games could be a great opportunity for him to push for a more sizeable role moving forward.

Bulls' Julian Phillips: Muted role continues
Phillips registered zero points (0-1 FG, 0-1 3Pt) across seven minutes during Friday's 136-122 win over the Hawks.
Phillips played fewer than 15 minutes for the eighth time in the past nine games, during which time he has scored double-digit points only once. With modest averages of just 4.2 points, 1.9 rebounds and 0.8 steals in 13.5 minutes per game, it is unlikely we see Phillips moving into a significant role anytime soon.

Bulls' Ayo Dosunmu: Shines in spot start
Dosunmu closed Friday's 136-122 win over the Hawks with 20 points (8-10 FG, 2-3 3Pt, 2-2 FT), three rebounds, eight assists and two steals over 38 minutes.
Dosunmu replaced Torrey Craig in the starting lineup, turning in arguably his best game of the season. Despite playing relatively consistent minutes thus far, Dosunmu's production has been very up and down. These are the kinds of numbers we were seeing from Dosunmu down the stretch last season. The hope is that he can build off this performance as the Bulls look to try and string a few wins together.

Bulls' Torrey Craig: Moves back to bench
Craig is not starting against the Hawks on Friday.
Craig was part of the starting lineup in Wednesday's loss to the Bucks, and he posted 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-7 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes. Ayo Dosunmu will get the nod in his place as the Bulls will play a small-ball lineup for this matchup.

Bulls' Ayo Dosunmu: Gets start Friday
Dosunmu is in the starting lineup for Friday's game against the Hawks.
The Bulls will tweak their starting unit and will play a small-ball lineup with essentially four guards alongside Nikola Vucevic. This will be Dosunmu's fourth start of the season. He's averaging 14.7 points, 4.3 rebounds and 3.7 assists per game in the previous three.

Bulls' Coby White: Will play vs. Atlanta
White (neck) is available for Friday's game against the Hawks.
White was given a probable tag Thursday, so it's not surprising to see the talented guard suit up for this matchup. White should once again operate as one of Chicago's primary options on offense. He's averaging 19.7 points, 4.6 assists, 2.7 rebounds and 1.2 steals per game since the beginning of November.

Bulls' E.J. Liddell: Will suit up Friday
Liddell (elbow) is available for Friday's game against the Hawks.
Liddell is available for Friday's contest but isn't expected to make a big impact in fantasy. He's made just two appearances all season long, and it would be fair to say he's currently out of the Bulls' regular rotation.

Bulls' Torrey Craig: Will be available Friday
Craig (lower leg) is available for Friday's game against the Hawks.
Craig will suit up and could remain in the starting lineup for Friday's contest, as he got the nod in the loss to the Bucks on Wednesday. That was his first start of the campaign, and the veteran forward posted 15 points (6-10 FG, 3-7 3Pt), six rebounds, two assists, one block and one steal over 28 minutes. Craig should continue to see an uptick in minutes as long as Patrick Williams (foot) remains out.

Bulls' Adama Sanogo: Out vs. Atlanta
Sanogo (knee) won't play Friday against the Hawks.
Sanogo hasn't made an NBA appearance since Nov. 11, so his presence shouldn't be missed much. He'll likely see the majority of his opportunities in the G League once healthy.
